Butter Chicken and naan bread

If you are craving Butter Chicken (Murgh Makhani) then this is the recipe for you and it is so easy to make in your Thermomix. It is the ultimate comfort food the whole family will love, served alongside homemade naan. For those that don't like a lot of spice, you can adjust the chili to your liking. I also made my own tandoori paste, I think most know, I love making my own sauces and spice mixes in my Thermomix 😍 Not only is it cheaper to make, it also avoids a lot of sodium and preservatives. If you can't find Fenugreek seeds, you can use a substitute of 1 part toasted yellow mustard seeds + pinch maple syrup.
